Amazing offer of help from Outback Steakhouse
Outback Steakhouse is not just a very popular restaurant that serves excellent food but also extremely socially conscious. They have donated one million dollar to an NGO, a nonprofit organization called Operation Homefront who are concerned with the cause of helping out all U.S soldiers who definitely need both financial aid and also emotional support.

“The sacrifices that our troops and their families make so we can enjoy the freedoms we have in the United States is something Outback employees have recognized and appreciated since we opened our doors 22 years ago,” said Liz Smith, CEO of OSI Restaurant Partners, parent company of Outback Steakhouse. “Our commitment to donate $1 million to Operation Homefront reflects our appreciation to those who give so much.”

Operation Homefront is extremely famous for all their work to further this important cause. Very recently they helped out almost 105, 00 families with all types of efforts and aid. Wounded soldiers were provided plenty of medical supervision and a whole lot more when it comes to the process of help.

“As a retired member of the U.S. military and on behalf of our troops serving in locations far and wide, I’d like to thank Outback Steakhouse for its support over the years,” said General Tommy Franks (Ret.).  “This support, coupled with the current effort to help our active and retired servicemen, women and their families, is greatly appreciated.”

Also the famous restaurant made a tie up with Tim McGraw the famous singer to ensure that they had a famous face properly promoting their cause. During the course of his tour shirts will be sold and the money collected will go to the NGO. Such excellent work done just help further this important cause. Already Operation Homefront has 4,500 volunteers doing a lot of work and now a lot more is sure to follow with their sustained efforts.
